Illustrated throughout with reproductions of Carroll’s drawings, photographs, and related material.

The volume gathers unpublished writings and drawings by Lewis Carroll, together with reprints from scarce and unacknowledged work, offering a broad view of Carroll’s literary, illustrative, mathematical, and playful imaginative range beyond the Alice books.
Contents clean and unmarked, with light even toning. Small contemporary ownership inscription to front endpaper. Binding remains firm with square. Gilt decoration and lettering to front board notably sharp. Light rubbing to extremities, gentle wear to spine ends and corners. A Near Fine interior with VG- exterior with extremities rubbing.
